How to Setup Role-Based for Simple Product

Once you have activated user roles in your general settings following the instructions in the "User Roles for Special Pricing" guide section, you can easily configure custom prices for your simple products. Here's how:

1. Open or Create a Product: Navigate to the product you want to set a custom price for. You can do this by either editing an existing product or creating a new one.

2. Locate the New Price Field: Within the product editing interface, you will now see a new price field for all the active user roles that you have configured.

3. Enter Custom Prices: In the respective price fields for each user role, type in the custom price you want to assign to the product for that specific role.

4. Save the Product: After entering the custom prices, be sure to save the product to apply the changes.

After updating the product and assigning a custom price to it for a specific user role, users with that role will only see the custom price you've set for that product.
